Why $1.50 per letter?
Covers the cost of products, code collection, labor — letter + envelope ($0.72) + stamp ($0.78) + free shipping to you. That's it. We're not padding the price.
Why 250 letter minimum?
Guarantees our shipping and labor costs. We're actually cheaper than most services — most start at 500 letters minimum. Our 250 floor keeps it accessible while making operations sustainable.
Can I order a custom amount?
Yes. There is no maximum limit. Just place a ticket in Discord and we'll give you a quote for whatever amount you need.
Will more sites be added?
Possibly! We currently recommend Pulsz, Stake, and Modo because of high profit margins and reliable processing compared to other platforms. We'll update the list if that changes.
What is your refund policy?
We do not accept refunds due to the nature of sweepstakes. Once we create your letters and ship them to you, the process is in your hands. We guarantee quality handwritten letters that meet all site requirements, but we cannot control sweepstakes processing times or outcomes after you mail them.
