Reverse splits,
worked for you.

RSA Press is our reverse split arbitrage service. It reads every reverse split announcement, keeps the ones that round fractional shares up, buys one share in each of your brokerage accounts before the split and sells the share that comes back. The website does the thinking. Your PC places the orders from your own connection.

“All the splits that round up”

What it does

A small trade the rounding rules pay for

RSA Press does the boring parts: reading the filings, judging which splits round up, buying in every account you choose before the deadline, waiting for the new share to land and selling it.

From the RSA Press desk · Reverse split arbitrage

RSA Press is our reverse split arbitrage service. It reads every reverse split announcement, keeps the ones that round fractional shares up, buys one share in each of your brokerage accounts before the split and sells the share that comes back.

When a company does a reverse split, every holder's shares divide by the ratio. Someone holding one share of a 1 for 8 split ends up with an eighth of a share.

Some companies round that fraction up to a whole share instead of paying it out in cash. Buy one share before the split, and the share that comes back is worth about eight times what you paid.

The website does the thinking. Your PC places the orders from your own connection, and your logins never leave it.

Read this before you count it

An example with round numbers, per brokerage account, before broker fees. Not every split rounds up: many pay the fraction out in cash, and a price can fall after a split. RSA Press only takes the splits it can see will round up, and it never sells a share the broker has not reported.

Recent calls · the wire

Every call, priced automatically

Each row is a reverse split RSA Press called, after its buy window closed. The profit is worked out on its own from market prices: what one share cost before the split, against what the rounded up share is worth now, for one account and before broker fees. It is an estimate of what the call pays if the share is rounded up, not a booked result.

$156.70estimated per account across the last 33 calls · 32 of 33 ahead at today's prices if rounded up

Prices from daily market closes, updated 2026-10-04. Assumes the fraction was rounded up to one whole share and sold at the latest close; a broker that pays cash or credits the fraction instead pays less, and the share lands about three to four weeks after the split. Splits larger than 1 for 1,000 are left out (BRRN): at that size small holders are usually cashed out.

Profit per account = whole shares after the round up × the price you sell at, minus the shares you bought × what you paid, minus your broker's fees. The fraction rounds up, so one share in a 1 for 8 split becomes one whole share. Use a negative price move: these stocks often slide after a split before the new share can be sold. What runs where

The website decides. Your PC trades.

The website
Finds and grades every split, decides what to buy and sell in each of your accounts, and shows your positions, orders and anything that did not fire.
Your PC
Runs the small RSA Press node. It keeps your broker logins encrypted on your machine and places each order from your own internet connection, only when the website has signed it.
Your brokers
Robinhood, Fennel and Public. You choose which accounts may trade and which holdings are never touched.

Questions

Before you start

Is this financial advice?

No. RSA Press is software that runs a rules based strategy on your own accounts. It is not a broker or an adviser, and it does not promise a return.

Where are my broker logins kept?

On your PC. You link each broker in the node, and the login is stored encrypted on your machine. The website never receives a password or a token; it only sees which accounts answer.

Why does my PC need to be on?

Orders go out from your own internet connection, so your broker sees you trading from where you always do. If the PC is off, automatic buys wait and run when it reconnects, unless the buy window has closed.

What if a split pays cash instead?

Then there is no round up to collect. RSA Press only buys the splits it judges will round up, and when a broker treats one differently it reports that and closes the position out.

Can I lose money?

Yes. A stock can fall after a split, and broker fees come off every play. The amount at risk per play is small, about one share per account, but it is real money.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The plan is monthly through Whop, and you can cancel from your Whop account at any time.
