Is It Legal Where You Are?

Real-money betting is only legal in states that have licensed it, and always 21 and over. If your state has not legalized online sports betting, real-money books are off the table, stick to free-to-play social options.
Social and sweepstakes sportsbooks run in most states because they are free to play and no purchase is necessary, though a handful of states are still excluded and the list changes.
DFS pick'em sits in the middle, legal in many states but not all, and the map shifts as rules evolve.
