Crypto Casinos That Accept US Players

Kept deliberately separate from our sweepstakes list. One is a free-to-play crypto sweepstakes site; the other four are offshore real-money crypto casinos. Read the disclaimer before you use any of them.

The four "real-money" casinos below are not sweepstakes casinos. They take real cryptocurrency deposits for real-money gambling and operate offshore (Panama / Curacao-style licenses) in a legal grey area. None hold a US state gaming license.

They are 21+, are not available in every US state (each one blocks a different set, listed on its card), and you use them at your own risk. We are not affiliated with these operators and always verify eligibility at signup before depositing.

Crypto sweepstakes sites use a "no purchase necessary" free-play model, but that model is under active legal challenge and is already a crime in California (AB 831, effective Jan 1, 2026).

How to read this page. State-exclusion lists for the offshore books are dynamic and change without notice; the operators publish them on their own "legality" pages, so treat the states above as a starting point and confirm at signup. The offshore books are not licensed in any US state. No federal law criminalizes an individual placing a bet, but state enforcement risk varies, which is why each operator blocks certain states itself.

Crypto sweepstakes and the law. The free-to-play sweepstakes model argues it is not gambling under most state law, but that is being challenged. California's AB 831 made the dual-currency model a criminal misdemeanor there as of January 1, 2026, and other states are moving to restrict it. See our state data methodology for how we track this. Nothing here is legal or financial advice.
